Welcoming New Bloggers!

Hello everybody, I won't be able to visit you for a while, since I'll be leaving tomorrow on a week-long conferrence up in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. In my absence, I'd like to leave you with this post to introduce these new bloggers to the blogosphere. Please help me welcome them by visiting their blogs and help their blogs be discovered by more people. I think they deserve a little help from our community.

1. Sutebean--She's a personal friend and a coworker who started her blog sometime in July. She likes to write short stories and poems, but she doesn't have a PC yet, so she can only do some postings at work on her break time, which happens very seldom due to the nature of our work. Nevertheless, she has managed to post a few, which I found very interesting. I have learned more about her through her blog posts. She writes passionately and candidly about herself and expresses herself without holding back. What you read is what you get. She's single and is looking for True Love and Mr. Right. She'll probably kill me if she sees this.

2. PDXFREE.COM--Sutebean had introduced me to Joe's blog, which also opened in July. He has an interesting post about his large, extended family. Like Sutebean, he also likes to write short poems. Each artwork in his older posts comes with an offbeat and quirky short romantic poems, which make you feel his emotions when he wrote his poems. He seems sad somehow, longing to find true love. Visiting both blogs, I can tell already that Joe and Sutebean have a lot in common, emotionally and spiritually. There some sort of bonding between the two because of how their personalities blend so well. It will be interesting to follow the development of their friendship on line.

3. The Great Stone--JP's blog only opened last month. He writes some very uplifting posts. You wouldn't know of JP's life situation unless you actually read all of his posts. He incorporates his life experiences and situation as he finds solutions to his life's problems, while sharing those tips with others. He says that he tries to move one stone at a time in order to overcome his mountains. I commend him for always trying to take the higher ground when confronted with and or dealing with life's trials and tribulations.

4. Subic News Link--RhondB's blog talks mainly on what's happening in Subic Bay, Philippines. For those of you who don't know about Subic Bay, it used to be the largest U.S. Naval Base in Asia before it closed in 1991. It is now a thriving port with a shipyard, building supertankers. Rhonda also has a blog of the radio station where she works as a station manager--DWSB 89.5 Bay FM. I truly enjoyed the video she and her gang put out for her radio blog--Radio Geeks Talking Heads.

5. The Book of Innocence--Lethe's blog is fairly new. In this blog, Lethe posts his book that follows his literary and philosophical journey. Lethe also has three other blogs The Novel of Life, Comic of Life, Escape Into life that contain his novels, poems, essays, and artwork . He's a multi-talented writer who lives in Chicago, Ill. Thus far, I've enjoyed what I've read in each of his blogs.

Additionally, I'd like to update you about my novel. #24 is posted. Happy reading and good night. I'll be talking to you again in a week.

Oh Tasha, you see right through me! I respect your opinions as you are a dear friend. I have faith that your romantic ideas and intuitions will bring you great success in your literary quest. I am so curious and wish I had more time to explore this online community. Come back to us safely and rested. See you next week.

Hi Lilly,
I did have a good week. It was so hard not being able to blog for a while. I was on blog withdrawal. It's good to be back again.

Hi RhonB,
You're so welcome. I can't wait to visit your blog again. I like your list of music at your radio blogsite.

Hi Joe,
I hope that didn't scare you. I wish I were blessed with such an ability to see people without meeting them. Thanks for that comment.

I have to go to your site again to read your 2-part family story.

Hi Eric,
Thanks for helping out some new bloggers. I remember when I first started, there was just Jena Isle who was reading my blog. Then Lilly and Matt-Speak followed later. So it's good to put some plug-ins for new bloggers to be discovered.

We drove instead of flying, so that was nice.

Hi Chris,
I hope I was of help at all because I believe that your novels should get more readership. They're all very good materials that need to be discovered.

Hi Sutebean,
So sorry for leaving you to work much harder without additional help during my absence. I felt guilty. I hope you'll get to go next year. Then you'll be the one to feel guilty for leaving me to slave away. Lol.

Well, Sutebean, thanks for your words of encouragements on my writing aspirations. I can't wait till you get your own PC, too. You have all those ideas in your head that needed to be unloaded into the written forms.

See you later.
